The Law Office of George Anezinos has represented many clients in obtaining favorable results against  the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), the California Employment Development Department (EDD), the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA, formerly known as the BOE), and the California Franchise Tax Board (FTB).  We believe that a taxpayer should only litigate against the IRS or the various California taxing authorities after all other alternatives of resolving a tax dispute have been exhausted. We focus on resolving the matter at the audit level, however, we prepare and plan to proceed to for administrative appeal and litigation if the audit is not resolved in a favorable manner to the client.
